Returns & Exchanges

At ENZO Jeans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fit; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned denim must retain original tags and packaging to be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn jeans in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
